@taydemott came to me looking to build muscle, become stronger, grow bigger glutes & keep as lean as possible She's not only crushed her goals, but continues to work hard at staying healthy to live the happiest version of herself, I'm so proud of you girl Many starting out on a health journey find it extremely overwhelming which can make it hard to stick with. Your not alone. I am here to help... As a personal trainer & nutrition coach, I'd like to share a common struggle I've seen many clients have & how I have gone about helping them to overcome it THE STRUGGLE; loosing body fat & keep it off! - ANYONE ? Let's try to simplify it by starting with Energy Balance Energy is another word for calories. Your energy balance is the balance of calories consumed through eating & drinking compared to calories burned through daily activity Energy balance is important because when you consume too much energy & burn too little, your body stores that excess energy as body fat which makes weight loss impossible As a coach I would have my clients track their daily intake of food for a min of 3-5days. Using this information we can determine whether we need to increase or decrease the amount of food consumed to manipulate wether weight is gained or lost The great thing about this is we as humans are creatures of habit & tend to eat the same things from day to day. I've been a 1:1 Trainer & Coach for a few year's now. I feel blessed to have worked with as many clients as I have. Some looking to loose weight, some with underlying health issues trying to improve overall quality of life, many wanting to gain strength, confidence or just looking to further their knowledge on training and or nutrition. Having the opportunity to help others achieve their greatest potential is truly fulfilling....
