Updated Proposal: 210 Willett St. Halifax Hazelview Investments has updated their proposal for the corner of Willett St. and Dunbrack St. in Clayton Park to inc...lude two 17 storey, mixed-use buildings. There will be 550 units, ground floor commercial space, and underground parking. The proposal must be still presented to Halifax Regional Council, and there will likely be a Public Hearing before any approval decision is made.
