Happy 2nd birthday Forest Creek Estates Today, March 12, is a very special day as it is two years ago that Jako Developments Inc purchased a dormant subdivision , hiding behind a steel gate. We are so excited how this forest with grown-in paths, now called roads, came to life. So much has happened in two years: building roads up to municipal standards, clearing lots, internet (thanks to Eh!tel), bringing in hydro, selling lots. Right now 5 homes are occupied and 6 homes und...er construction. And above all expectations Phase 3 is opening up soon. A very special thank you to every one who worked hard to make this happen.
