20 silkie and olive egg layer chicks went to a new home yesterday.... I'd say new owners are pretty excited? Very nice!

Look at the very unique color pattern on this baby Guinea pig born here... She'll be staying with us! Her coat type is crested smooth, meaning that she has Short hair with one perfect rosette on her forehead.

Although we have raised several breeds of rabbits over the years, the only type we have now are Holland lops... So cute and friendly.!

We are crossing our fingers that there will be shows and fairs in the Maritimes this year!

Did you know that Party Pets also does educational presentations? We were thrilled to get to go to Oultons College today to help out with the Vet Tech rodent labs. Harley even got a complimentary nail trim! My little Frenchie Brenda joined us and soaked up lots of attention as well.

Came across these two old trophies today. One is for reserve overall champion pigeon in 1986, and the other is for junior high point in 1987.

So this happened here again !

Our little frenchies are six weeks old today. This little female is staying with us. Look at those classic frenchie bat-ears on her already! Our family has finally agreed on a name for her.... Miss Brenda-lee.!

These guys arrived here recently too... A Beauty pair of real exhibition bred Beltsville small White turkeys! Beltsvilles like these are selected for small size. Although we haven't weighed them yet, we estimate that he doesn't weigh more than 10 lbs and she isn't much more than 5 ! Our daughter Olivia claimed these new exciting additions as hers!

Our first party of October was a great sucess. The pets were decked out in some of their Halloween costumes!

One of the new additions today was this amazing show type male black Muscovy duck. He's huge and has two inch wide beetle green feathers. We also got a beauty blue female for him though she's still very young. Our daughter Ava claimed these immediately as hers!

Brought a few new critters back from pei... Stay tuned for pics!
