Dr. Susan Abookire teaches medicine at the Harvard Medical School. I first met her on a Forest Therapy Guide training in 2019 and became her mentor. It's been amazing to watch her bring Forest Therapy into Harvard Medical School, to her teams and her patients with remarkable results. We (along with our colleague Kim Holtz) have been working on a leadership program that combines Forest Therapy and Systems Thinking. We had a great first day at the positive intelligence leadership retreat at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and ended it with a forest bathing snowshoe/ walk. What a perfect way to end the day. We even found fresh lynx tracks.
