Do you have an appointment scheduled with us? We have a patient history form in order to help make sure that all of your concerns are addressed at the time of your appointment. We are happy to be open during this time to continue to serve you and your pets. We are operating strictly by curbside service at this time. When you arrive to the clinic you will have to call 306-955-6111 and let us know that you have arrived. Our staff will assist you over the phone and direct you to what the next steps of your visit will be. Please be patient as we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes at this time so your wait times may be increased, or you may need to leave a message for us to call you back. At this time our preferred methods of payment are by credit card or debit. If you need to pay with cash, please try to have as close to the exact amount of your bill as possible as we do not have a large amount of change on hand. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this pandemic together.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we continue to operate curbside service only at this time. Because of this, we will require a minimum of 48 hours for prescription refills. We will try to fill your pets medication as quickly as possible, but we can no longer promise same day refills. Please plan accordingly and notify us in advance if your pet is requiring a refill of their medication.

The Veterinary Medical Centre at the WCVM has been affected by a COVID-19 outbreak. In order to ensure that they are able to stay open to do critical care appointments all non-critical emergencies are being deferred out to other veterinary clinics. In response to this need we are anticipating higher than normal appointment requests. Please be patient with our staff as we work together to get your pets the medical care that they need. You may experience longer than normal wait times on the phone and it may take longer than you expect in order to book for routine medical appointments. Your pets medical needs will be triaged by our trained technicians and veterinarians and emergency cases will be seen in order of greatest need. We appreciate your patience at this time.

The Street Cat Rescue group has produced a beautiful Men with Cats calendar for 2021. In support of this worthy cause, we have them available for purchase here at the clinic. The cost is $20.00 each that can be paid with exact cash or a cheque payable to Street Cat Rescue.

In support of the SPCA, we are once again selling cat and dog Christmas stockings on their behalf. They are priced at $30.00 each and are stuffed full of toys, treats and more! Please bring the exact amount of cash for payment.

What is an RVT? RVT stands for Registered Veterinary Technologist. An RVT is a highly educated individual who completes a minimum of two years training at an accredited college, plus a hands on practicum to gain experience in the field prior to employment!
