If you want to be successful in this world, you HAVE to follow your passion not a paycheck! Sounds kinda crazy, doesn’t it? But it’s true. When I first started as a Beachbody coach, I was pretty well working for free but I was ok with that, because I was so passionate about sharing my journey to inspire others to look after their health and over all LIFE & happiness. Impacting others in a positive way will never get old, and I will always go to bed so thankful for fol...lowing my heart & GUT! So I continued to live passionate about what I do, and guess what happened? My passion has now turned into a paycheck I NEVER ever imagined. I’m not bragging AT ALL, in fact that’s not the point of my post. Yes it has brought me to many cool places, bought me some wonderful things, helped me with investments and changed my entire life in more ways than I ever imagined. However, My point is- follow your passion in life because you truly never know where it will lead you! If your passionate enough, it WILL bring you MORE joy and fulfillment! Stop letting fear, limiting beliefs and others opinion hold you back from doing something that could change your life more than you vision right now! WHO DID IT BETTER!?!? vote in comments.... I was once told that Couples who encourage and challenge one another, have way more fun together!! I have definitely found a man who does exactly that! This is so hard, but as you can tell in this video, we had fun doing this! ... My instant reaction is to kick my legs and fight to get up but Arnold Schwarzenegger is all about form, and made sure I was doing it right.. my determined stubborn self really appreciates his encouragement! Don’t ever be afraid to start something new, because you may not be good at it. You will never be amazing at anything new that you try! You need to allow yourself time to learn and improve. Don’t be afraid to be a beginner, this is how we GROW and find joy in this life! I’ve got some work today! #challengeaccepted Do you workout with your boyfriend or husband? We all have 2 lives... The second one starts when we realize we only have one! Let that sink in.. ... Whenever we say we only live once we don’t often take it literally, we will sit there where we are comfortable and coast through life. There are very few people who let that comment sink in, and want to live their life to the fullest & highest potential. If you want to talk to someone, or tell someone you like them- call/text them, or tell them. Own your emotions and what you know you deserve! If you want to travel the world- figure out a way to do it. If you want someone that will fill your heart up instantly- get yourself a Nash ( puppy) Or find yourself a Mike! Both bring me joy + Happiness on the daily! If you want to reach a higher vibration in life- fuel your mind with powerful positive thoughts and the law of attraction increases as you gain thought control. If you want more success out of your life- surround yourself with the people who will encourage you and believe in you before you believe in yourself! Other successful people encourage one another- it’s not often that they are jealous or hating on others who want success! If you want more out of life- MAKE IT HAPPEN!! Start living that second life! It’s time to make the best of covid 19 with what we are given at the moment. Sometimes it’s easier said than done for some, but reach out to those who make you feel good and have the I only live once attitude!! ONE YEAR AGO TODAY I welcomed Nash into my life!! I thought I was going to be home for 2-3 weeks so it was perfect timing to train a pup, and here we are one year later, still side kicks 24/7... We have been on many adventures that life allowed us to do. We’ve been limited but have made the best of the year. We have hiked many miles all over Manitoba. We met his brother, West via Instagram and met in person for a play date at a dog park. He overwhelmed my sisters 1: ...year old dog Marlie many times with his puppy energy, and then welcomed his brother( from a different litter), Clark to Kristie’s house over Christmas and they have grown to be best buds. I was that dog mom who went all out for his birthday, and I celebrate his outgoing, friendly personality each and every day! He is an extremely extrovert who wants to be everyone’s friend, and I’ve been told more than once his personality is much like mine.. weird! I had no idea he was going to change my life to the level that he has! He has comforted me while I cried through loneliness and grief of loss during the pandemic, he has a way of cheering me up and showing me love through it all and has gotten me outside every single day to bring him for walks, even on days I haven’t felt like it. I am so grateful that life worked out to welcome this maniac to my life!! It’s been a real blessing!! #dogmom See more

A few of my favorite snack & meal ideas lately!! Which one is your favorite!? 1,2,3,4,5,6?? I love trying new snacks, pairing new ideas each week and challenging myself to drink my Gallon of water every single day to flush my body! It has all done wonders for me this month, and I strongly encourage you to challenge yourself to do the same for the month of May! ... Let me share a few of these ideas with you. 1. Thin, multi grain rice cake with natural OB, your choice of fruit, a couple crushed pecans, sprinkled with cinnamon. 2. Open faced sandwich, with Riley breast, tomato, sprouts, lettuce. With a side of veggies. 3. Quinoa bowl, with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, hummus for flavor topped with Turkey vegetables meat balls. 4. Poached eggs on an English muffin, with sautéed spinach, side of celery with PB, and a pear apple. 5. Greek yogurt with granola ( I often crush up a beachbar instead) topped with fruit. I also tend to add PB sometimes or a sprinkle of my chocolate shakeology or recover for the chocolate flavor! 6. Apple Nachos!! Cut up apple, with melted PB sprinkled over with a few chocolate chips! Even with all of the knowledge and tools to become healthier, happier individuals, it is often our mindset and daily practices that will be the strongest guiding force to carry us through our health journey! Our mindset is what brings it all together. We have to get in the right headspace to help ourselves stay healthy and reach our goals. You’re mindset is your collection of attitudes- how you respond to challenges, express gratitude, manage your time and take care ...of yourself are just some of the parts of your life that you can assess to get a better understanding of your mindset. One study found that those with a stress-is- enhancing mindset, as opposed to a stress-is-debilitating mindset, had fewer psychological stress responses like anxiety, depression, and anger. So take some time to shift your perspective into a more positive light and your entire body will reap the benefits. Create a morning routine which involves meditation, journaling, and movement. Doing this was a pivotal part of making the most of my days. I was so excited when my work out streaming system added a meditation series to the library, it has brought so much value + contentment to my mornings + mindset! See more

So maybe you caved, slipped up a bit, splurged on all of the traditional foods & got a little off track this holiday season...? That’s LIFE. It happens to the best of us! My motto is to enjoy life, do I enjoy to eat Christmas danties every day? Gosh no, I’d feel like such a lump on the log. However, I did enjoy a few more than I should have, ate larger meals and had drinks ( zoom family parties) and that’s not how I enjoy to live my every day. I’m not a big drinker, and I ...feel my best when I eat well, and drink lots of water- so that’s the life I stick to on a regular basis.But through the holidays, that’s what happened and I’m ok with that! So, WHO CARES if you indulged a little more than you do on a regular basis!! It is now time to move on! Don’t sit there in shame & dwell on it or look at these situations as failures. You’re so much stronger than you even realize!! TRUST ME! I’ve been there!! Get up, dust yourself off and move forward. Take it one day at a time and aim for progress not perfection, and never give up on something you truly want! YOUR LIFE IS WORTH TRYING AGAIN AND AGAIN!!
