Mindfulness - paying attention on purpose, awareness of our thoughts, bodily sensations and surroundings with non-judgment in the present moment. This morning the sky caught my eye and I had this feeling that I have when I am on vacation. I realized, when I am on vacation it is easy to practice mindfulness. Mornings are relaxed, so I can soak up my surroundings and feel deep appreciation for the present moment. When I am on vacation I use all my senses to enjoy the moment ...fully, which leaves me feeling relaxed, happy and full of gratitude. How do you practice mindfulness? #foreverfitcloverdale
