We are hosting the UK Teen Throwdown - and it is going to be amazing. Limited tickets left!... Ages 11-18! Perfect for all abilities - for your first teen comp or the more seasoned athlete! Saturday November 14th Categories: Girls Age 11-14 Boys Age 11-14 Girls Age 15-18 Boys Age 15-18 The aim of this competition is to get the younger generation competing in a friendly but professional environment. All movements will be inclusive, with scalable options for gymnastics. Weights will be volume by load, so the teen can select a weight appropriate to their skill level.
