We keep saying this will be the last batch...no this will be the last batch...okay this is the final batch... and you guys keep proving us wrong by requesting more! Here we are again with quite a few requests for more Recipe Decks so, heck, give the ppl what they want! If you would like to be able to whip up your own FGF dishes or know someone who would love a deck full of gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free recipes then pop us a message to reserve your copy. They are $25 each or if you order 3 or more they are $22.50 each (tax included). We are estimating about a 3-4 week turnaround on these so they should be here in time for Easter (crazy that Easter is in 5 weeks!). Let us know if you have any questions. Pick up locations are available in Walkerton and Kincardine.

Just a friendly reminder that recipe decks are ready for pick up. It would be great to have them gone to their new homes before the snow hits Thursday because it likes to blow into our front porch, which may result in a delay for front porch pick ups to avoid damage to the recipe decks. Thank you in advance! We also have 5 decks left if anyone is looking to have their own copy.

Recipe Deck assembly has begun! We are hoping to have them ready for pick up starting Friday. We will touch base with everyone once they are all ready. We do have some extra if anyone would like one just pop us a message. If we haven't received your e-transfer yet we kindly ask for you to send that at your earliest convenience. Thank you!

Have some veggies that aren't looking so hot in the fridge? Throw them in a freezer bag with all of your vegetable peelings and throw aways. Once you have 2-3 large freezer bags of scraps throw them in a large pot and cover with water. Add some peppercorns and bay leaf and bring to a boil. Then turn the heat down to a simmer for a few hours. Strain your scraps and you've got yourself a homemade vegetable broth. You could also add some salt, but I leave the seasoning for when I make the soup Enjoy!
