Tridel and Osmington will bring Form Condos, a 14-storey condominium to 36 McCaul Street south of the AGO and OCAD U. Design by architectsAlliance. Form Condominiums will be located on the west side of McCaul Street between Grange Road and Stephanie Street. There will be a proposed 3-storey (14 metres) private art gallery 1,549 square metres located on the northern portion of the site and the 14-storey (45.65 metres) residential building will be located on the southern portion of the site. This new development site is just situated just to the south of OCAD University as well as the Art Gallery of Ontario. Form Condos will have 184 proposed residential suites of which 100 will be 1-bedroom units, 64 will be 2-bedroom units and 20 will be 3-bedroom units. Total gross floor area is 13,087 square metres.
