Loving the new paint job on the arena now just get the newly (painted blue) signs for above the doors put up and get an address sign made and we are done next goal is to paint the green/yellow combo a white/blue instead I get so excited when something new gets completed this year we also finished the netting around the arena (inside), got a new overhead door and were planning on upgrades to the outdoor rink but that did not happen due to the flood we made the most of a crazy, new normal year #communitypride

The Fort Vermilion Recreation Board starting today will have 6 kayaks for rental, which will also include paddles and life jackets. Below is the process and fees for renting this equipment. 1. Rental pick up and drop off will only take place during business hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Example if you pick up the equipment on a Monday at 3:00pm, it would have to be returned by Tuesday at 3:00pm. As for weekends if you rent the kayaks on Friday at 5:00pm they will be... returned on Monday before 5:00pm. 2. Rental fee will be $25.00 for a 24 hour rental. The same fee will apply for weekend rentals. This will be a first come first serve type of rental. 3. Prior to renting the equipment participants will have to sign an acknowledgment of risk form and a waiver form for every persons that would be using the kayaks. 4. Renters will need to be 18 years of age or older to rent the equipment. A government issued picture id will be needed in order to complete the rental. 5. Renters will need to pay a refundable $50.00 replacement deposit for the paddles and life jackets. 6. Weight limited for a these kayaks is 350lbs.
