This week is Mental Health Week. Name is Don't Numb it, is a powerful statement. Most of us go through our days without naming what is bothering us, we choose ...to numb out those feelings. As Indigenous people's we are encouraged to let those feelings flow, so we deal with them and not let them hinder. We only stay unwell when we numb, we must choose to release. Release gives us freedom to live our best lives. Please choose to release those feelings. FENFC has support if you need some assistance from us. CMHA has great resources on their website and numbers to call for crisis. You are not alone friends <3 #mentalhealthweek See more
