UPDATE - Dina As many of you know, Dina has been away from the store for several months now, freeing her to focus on her health. Dina takes great comfort in the many questions and best wishes she has received from you during her absence. The picture came into clearer focus on Tuesday, November 10th, when Dina's team of specialists discovered the presence of neuroendocrine tumours, a rare form of cancer, in a number of her internal organs. Coincidentally, November 10th is Worl...d Neuroendocrine Cancer Awareness Day. Its symbol is a zebra, and the symbolism is explained in the attached photo. Dina is currently undergoing additional tests and will be consulting with her medical team on the best course of action, which will in all likelihood include surgery in the very near future. As you can guess, Dina takes great pleasure in visiting the store when she can, and enjoys interacting with the people she has gotten to know since we opened HoundAway almost two years ago. We thank you for your ongoing support, and will keep you informed of Dina's progress. Dina has only begun to fight. And she's riding a zebra into battle.
