Hello all, thought I'd post an update regarding some plans for next week. NWT Squash has arranged for a national junior coach to visit us next week for squash clinics. She'll be here from Tuesday to Thursday to work with juniors and adults. Hope we can get everyone out on the court with her, I think it's a great way to kick start the season. I'll send details and a schedule info as soon as we have them. Thanks!

Squash tournament in Yellowknife went well, here's a few photos.

Hello all, The squash program enrolment is a lot higher than expected. The program is full, and to include the kids on the waiting list, I am going to split the first group from 4 to 4:45pm into two. One group will meet on Mondays, the other on Wednesdays. For safety issues, Squash Canada recommends a maximum of 6 players on court at a time.... There are 12 new players this year, and this is the only way to include them all at the moment. I've asked the Rec center for more court times, so I may be able to offer a little more programming in the future. Reminder: Indoor non-marking shoes and gym attire required! Players won't be allowed on the court without proper shoes.
