Good morning early birds! Did you catch Kristine de Leon talking about her online Manga class on the @ctvmorningwpg show today??? Head over there now... our instructors are popping in all morning to demo their classes and talk about art.

It’s Giving Tuesday and we need your support! Help us to keep the fires burning and promote our online art gallery for the Manitoban art community. It’s been an interesting 55th year for the Forum Art Centre. Since our inception we’ve never had to cancel an entire Spring session of art classes or cancel our kids art shows or cancel our Fresh Art Show this past June or cancel our Fundraising art show in December. Those shows feature all the creative art produced by our artist... students from the past year and other Manitoba artists. It also gives us the opportunity to connect with our faithful art followers and patrons and share our joy of Everything Art. So we know, with more free time for many, there’s some amazing art piling up out there. To that end we have created a new website www.forumartcentregallery.com. It’s still a work in progress and we’ve built some free workshops for our artist community to get on board. With the centre closed, we still need to pay those bills that don’t stop and keep our amazing artist instructors employed by building new online art classes. Your contribution will make a difference. Unearthing treasures today from the winter 2020 session of art classes. These either didn't get picked up from kids, teens or manga classes or we hadn't found them - sorry. In compliance with Code Red status for the Winnipeg region, Forum Art Centre will be closed to the public starting Monday, November 2. All classes and studio sessions are canceled for the remainder of the fall session , effective Monday. We would like to let our students and studio artists know that we are open and classes are continuing as usual and in compliance with all new Orange Status guidelines for Winnipeg. Forum Art Centre re-opened in June with strict capacity limits on all classes, all work spaces are set 2 meters apart and we enforce a mandatory mask policy for all students, staff and visitors while they are in our building. At Forum Art Centre, we are committed to keeping everyone who attends our classes as safe as we can.
