Requesting prayer. We have started the search for Kitchener's new site pastor and are wondering if you would pray along with us for the next 28 days? We are asking for wisdom from God to reveal to us who He has chosen for the spiritual growth and care of our Kitchener community. Pastor Derik provided some great take-aways in Sunday's sermon to set us up for the week ahead. He said our goal should not just be to get into the word of God, our goal should be to get the word of God into us. That means moving past reading the bible as a to-do item on our list. Instead, we should treasure God's word and meditate on it, so that we understand exactly who God wants us to be. Here are three questions Pastor Derik provided to help us analyze passages of the bib...le as we read: What does this passage teach me about who God is?
