A good way to see if you are levelling up in life is to see if you are creating new problems for yourself. If you are constantly fighting with the same issues then chances are you are getting nowhere. Being forced to deal with new problems will force growth. For me as a videographer my problems started with things like this -How do I learn the necessary technical skills -What gear do I need to produce quality work -How to get my first clients -How to get more clients ... Now my current opportunities for growth look something like this -How to manage multiple projects -how to grow my network -how to make myself a more efficient editor so I can take on more work The list goes on and on but I’m sure you get the point! The struggle is an essential part of the process & I will go through it happily knowing it’s the only way forward. This idea was brought to me by 10x an excellent book by @grantcardone

As I’m sure everybody knows I’m a huge fan of hard hitting high energy videos. So when I get to get paid to create one it feels pretty f*cking good. I’ll be posting the actual videos I produced for Heavy Metal Gym in the next couple days here along with a BTS but I thought this directors cut was too much of a banger not to share. Filmed the whole sequence handheld and just tried my best to capture Brady Georget going HAM on some weights. If this video doesn’t make you wanna go clanging and banging I don’t know what will.
