800lbs/363kg deadlift lifetime goal PR finally conquered. 210lbs/95kg bodyweight. I first had attempted it with straps and missed by a small margin - I then waited 10 minutes, took the straps off and hook gripped it successfully. Words cannot describe the feeling I had when I finally locked it out..moments like that are exactly why I love this shit! Big thanks to the family as always for the tremendous support + hype. This one was for you Shawny D

A little #throwback to August 2015 when I did my first ever photoshoot with my man @aubreytrotterphotography after I lost 100+lbs to finalize my transformation. That baby face though I’ll ever forget how much fun that day was, not to mention the 10k calories I consumed afterwards. I think I’m overdue for another one later this summer..this time with a bit more muscle ;) let’s make it happen Aubrey! @ East Vancouver

Happy Father’s Day to all the great dads + grandfathers out there. Not a day goes by that I don’t thank God for blessing me with such an incredible family. My own father was never really around, but the immense love, support and guidance my Nonno + Godfather/Zio @1968al have given me my entire life has more than made up for that - and I’d say that’s a tremendous understatement. My brother @giuseppemannarinoo and cousins @francomannarino @marcellomannarino are eternally grateful for you both and we love you with all our hearts. We wouldn’t be the men we are today without you. Ti amo per sempre @ East Vancouver

I just wanna bench 50% of my deadlift The inclusion of more touch’n go reps, weighted dips and tricep work is clearly paying off as the bench PR’s are getting serious and more frequent. 325lbs/147kg x 6 reps for the topset followed by 2 additional sets of 5 reps. The target was 5 on the first as that would’ve been a big PR, but got 6 instead. Winning. Finished off with weighted dips at 117lbs x 8,7 reps, feet up wide grip bench w/ chains + more BRO work. 405 bench, I coming. Ok bye.
