Hot off the heels of Glossier’s newly minted unicorn status, Rent The Runway is the latest female led startup to join the ranks of the billon dollar club Rent The Runway closed a $125 million round with Franklin Templeton Investments and Bain Capital Ventures, while Glossier’s latest $100 million Series D round was backed by Sequoia Capital. We’re big fans of both of these brands and can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

Our favourite online visual mood board is going public. "Pinterest joins a growing group of major tech companies to go public in 2019 after it filed for IPO on Friday. The social network and image board released its financials for the first time, showing that while still not profitable, it was cutting its losses from years previous and growing its revenue. The San Francisco-based firm, founded in 2010, faces challenges from ad-blocking tools, its reliance on tech giants, and growing competition from Instagram."
