Many Google services were down this morning.. including Gmail, YouTube, Google Classrooms, Docs etc. Should be up and working now, but you may experience issues if you have programs or services that used the Google login.. like email programs. They may require you to log back into / authenticate your Google account. If you see messages similar to this, that’s what the issue is.

In a year of uncertainty, loss of work, frustrations and worry, a bright spot has shone through, and that has been the support of my friends, family, and of course customers. For the 2nd time this year I've won Readers' Choice Awards, this time 3 of them. 1st (Diamond) Best Graphic Design Services 1st (Diamond) Best Web Services / Design 2nd (Platinum) Best Computer Service/Repair... What I get from these isn't, hey look at me I'm the best... far from it. I know there are much more talented designers out there (perhaps something funny to say on my business page...). What this shows to me is the over all service and dedication I provide to my customers is noticed. I take these as customer service awards. My goal is to always make sure my customers are satisfied & happy. And these awards show me that they have been. And so am I.
