We’ll remove some bricks to install a steel lintel to support the bricks, flash it and re brick, we’ll cut your foundation, install the window, drainage, frost protection since we’re lowering the grade, window well.. We will make sure it meets or exceeds building code requirements and fire code requirements for egress. New openings or enlarge existing. We can do simple or fancy!
