Mothers day tea party covid style will be held next week. Invitations were sent out. We will do it outside in the garden. Dress up have fun photo booth, nail and craft center along with treats for mom!! Ill wear a dress oh boy.

We got the baskets ready. We have 6 all valued between 80-100 each. We have haircuts from corner cuts, A photo session from Amanda Grue, Mary kay, scentsy and lots of other really great stuff!!!Thanks to everyone who donated!! Tickets will be 1.00 each, 12 for 10.00 or 25 for 20.00.

What a fun week! Learning about apples, taking turns and new routines. Everyone is doing so good. I love seeing all the happy faces everyday. We had fun with pete the cat and then learning about apples. October will be a goobling bunch of fun too! Thank you parents for your help in making our days so fun and successful for your precious child.

It was a great week!! Thank you for your patience at the door! If you have your screening sheet ready it will be faster each morning for everyone. I will start collecting children earlier so 8:45 on Mon/Wed am and 9:15 T/Th am, all pm 12:00. All of the children did amazing with coming into class on their own. We had many smiles!! Each day your child was in the class we explored the classroom, got to know the teachers and got to meet Pete the cat! We will have some fun with Pete next week as well. I have started to call people. Be patient and I will call you. Start dates will be the week of September 14 with the classes being staggered. I will explain and tell you when your child will start when I call. I know this is a difficult decision and I will support any decisions that families make. It really is a different time in our world and we're all in it together! TTYS

Oh boy almost got everything done today! Everything moved and almost organized! I love it and feel so accomplished. I will be calling everyone soon! I’m so grateful for your patience this has been the weirdest start yet!

Thank you for your patience. I know that everyone is wondering what is up. I was not able to send out the welcome letters too many changes and meetings last minute. The start date will be September 14 /15. The supply list this year will be a pencil case, box of crayons, indoor shoes, glue stick and box of tissue. I have to move back to our old classroom to the purple one which is exciting but a lot of work. I will be setting up and meeting with the heath inspector to ensure we are doing everything required for everyone’s safety. I wanted to call everyone but am waiting to get into the program all the info was inputted in. I will be in touch soon!! I am excited as look forward to seeing everyone again!

Parents, Thank you for your patience at this time. I know there is a lot to consider in sending your child to preschool at this time. If you have chosen to not send your child to preschool could you message me on FB or email me [email protected] . This will just allow for planning prior to the school opening. As things change I will do whatever I can to make it accessible to all and provide as much support to everyone that I can :) There will be a few changes to the prog...ram for this year as mandated by the Alberta Gov’t and Alberta health. Screening paper: to be done each class. Child’s temp and check off all questions. Sanitize before entry Staggered arrival & departure times: 1 child to enter at a time for arrival and 1 child to leave at a time for drop off/ departure. No volunteers: at this time we are not allowed to have any volunteers Each class is a cohort. All staff that mix cohorts through the day are required to wear a mask/shield. Between cohorts all toys & furniture are to be sanitized daily. New to illness policy. If your child has symptoms of COVID they are to be isolated and sent home. They can not return without a doctor's note or negative Covid test. There is alot to consider I understand. Message me concerns as well. Thank you, Laura PS. We will have Wednesday for all others to come for a treat. These days will be our weird wrap up lol. Thanks for your patience, kind words and support. This year we will not be able to take grad pics. I have added a pic of the children graduating and going into kindergarten next year. If you would like to have a time to come and put the gown on, there will be 15 min sessions next week. I will need to make a schedule and follow the COVID rules. All graduating children will get a simple diploma and a place you can add the picture in the folder. Post your name if you want a session when I complete a schedule I will let you know your day and time. I will be present to give diploma. If you can’t make it I will deliver.
