Deciding, intending and creating. With so many conditions I’ve found it to be an unfolding journey to understand what’s showing up in moments. Reactions a lot of the time are coming from a place of the past, old habits, conditioning or need for support and capacity. ... PAUSE has become my greatest medicine. Finding my body, my breath, my need and pausing before sharing, speaking, doing, acting or spinning out. Life has been rolling along for quite some time on a track made up of old perspectives. There is an energy, to me, that feels like it’s trying to keep to ‘what we know’ and push against ‘what’s coming to be’. Each one of us has medicine, transformations, gifts and intuition that can and will shift reality. Opening us up to new views, perspectives, passions, actions and intentions. Quiet evening part Unwavering Courage I often get asked by my children the really hard questions. Like why do we cut down a tree for Christmas? Or you may not come back Mom because anything could happen to you right? ... These kinds of wonders or reflections often bring me to presence. In a world that tries to be so predictable calculated or controlled in its attempts to plan out the outcomes. We still live in this realm of mystery wonder and grace that can take your breath away. Like watching someone lose their functional abilities; move into the face of death with vulnerability and courage. When someone gets down on one knee shaking with freight wondering if they will say yes. That moment when the child crowns as you push the support of birth. Nothing is ever written so clearly that you can see it all through to completion. There are turns, winding confusions, hardships & tears that will attempt to take you down. Yet each moment takes us to the next delivering the experience needed to get just a little more clear. To wake up a little bit more to the desires that you were designed to play out. I love being moved by a movie with a real life story. Become committed fully to a moment with another, exploring the depths that teach me something at each perfect moment. I let my heart feel and I let my mind wander. I allow the song in my spirit to dance a solution, and idea or a lesson that I move with. I let others gift me their song, moment or thoughts too. In the sharing with others we move towards purpose and deliverance of gifts. It’s in the magical moments where you were wrong; you are loved more than you realized. The thoughts that tried to steal your son, that lead you to the brave that Sean through anyway. I love this life, and all its winds and directions. There are also times, I need to remind myself that I chose to come here. Let’s face it, human life is some thing. I trust in each experience we have, it sends out 1 million vibes of life the touch sauce all over. This world hasn’t even seen what we truly are capable of yet. Stand together, in the light of hope. While being in the process of the home educator, continuing my self study through mediumship/shamanism, healing the narratives of my past & the systems conditions put upon me. I realized one thing that continues to be a constant support while I keep changing, falling, rising, burning out, helping my health, falling off the wagon, healing relationships, standing with my voice, working things out or hiding for a while longer. The powerful ups and downs of spiritual human life.... That is the Universe, Source, God, loved ones. I’ve always had this wild imagination and vivid seeing of things I wanted or worries too, can you relate? When I would day dream in the woods or in my bed as a child/adolescent I realized many years ago I was manifesting. When I traveled through my dark times I worried a lot and manifested many experiences and challenges that were responding to my visions and focus. With time, patience, courage, drama, friends, family, support, nature & connecting to my soul. The relationship to the sky & ground strengthen. At times I weep to the trees or grass. I plead with the sky to get me through another transition or challenging reason why. It’s a silent support, at times the surrender to this source is the consistent support that guides me to deeper parts of myself. It lends itself to hold me while I learn to hold myself. I build my way to giving thanks for the steps it took for many years it was really hard and I didn’t always think I’d make it through. It’s getting smoother, it’s getting quicker, it’s still a challenge but I’m getting stronger and my connection is too. Everyone is facing challenges right now. Let’s find more ways we are alike and less time focused on our differences. Together with a source we trust within, we are unstoppable. We get to decide how we want this world to play out. No matter what age you are, keep imagining & directing your visions. Remember you hold the power. With all my love

Loss- Changes- Lessons We got this beautiful spirit natured hamster for our youngest child’s birthday. She got Reiki the evening we brought her home as she frantically jumped around the large homed bin. Four minutes in, she stopped, turned around and stared into my eyes & hands. She held that gaze for what felt like an hour, may have been 10 mins. I was in love. ... After a couple days of talking to her, giving food and fresh chunks of fruit and veg. We began with some light petting, then following day holding her. She would sit on your shoulder, climb your body and just loved being with us. The joy and responsibility of this pet became part of our life, was beautiful. Until 2 months later, a bedding change that seemed super dusty, changed everything for Fluffy. I thought she was gone, little to no breathing and we all began grieving. After loosing 5 family members in 3 years death has become a process for our kids like many others. She showed signs of life, we gave her comfort and so much love until she passed the next morning. We spent a day crying and sharing loving space together as a family because she became our family. We decided to bring in Sunny. She’s the second hamster in the picture. Now she bites, she jumps and hides at any attempt to pick her up. She’s been a learning experience. A take things very slow & show her that food and breaks in trying to touch or connect with her is a way to show her we are safe. Comparing one to another disempowering and sometimes shadows the unique lesson or gift of the experience. We all miss Fluffy and we are growing in patience and love with Sunny. The respectful connection with animals provides us so much compassion and understanding of needs. This too is similar with human members. Be aware of when comparison is shadowing relationships and or selves. Remember taking things slow at a pace that eases ones system or capacity will have lasting positive impacts later on. Life is a journey. Walk with eyes wide open. So much love

In any times of change, we can choose the intention of our energy. With that conscious thought; action energy we create a ripple of creation, waves of resonance that impact our experience and all that around us. Any small medium or large action has a reaction. Checking in with ourselves to consciously choose connects us with the will and freedom we have innate within us. ... When I walk into a store I am affirming a powerful thought that vibrates as me into all those I contact while there. When I’m planning I’m affirming the intention I hold with the project, decision or idea. This too vibrates into my process & creating. When I’m about to share honestly or approach someone with a challenge, conflict or emotion. I set my intention, takes some breaths and vibrate my way into the situation with clarity, compassion and realness. We are all a spark of source energy so what are you choosing to intend with your energy? Love over fear my friends So much love

Commitment to us all is unique & experienced as free will. The week before this hike in the forest to celebrate 9 years married taught me a lot. Taught me that standing up for the unlearning of habits & cycles I was part of growing up, take both sides being real about & owning the re learning. ... It taught me that getting to know our needs as individuals and as a partner provides a pathway to grow and communicate together. I learned that when we change on the inside, being real on the outside becomes so much more noticeable & conscious. Sometimes I want to turn it off. When I keep having courage to share my truth, extend patience and love, doors open up for our relationship. We can commit to being real within it. Love is unconditional. When it has conditions, reviewing them illuminates our own stories & past experiences. This together helps us grow and move forward towards common goals & desires. It’s work. It’s not always easy or enjoyable but the mountain peaks & joys as we keep reaching new levels or awareness, communication and support remind me that it’s the magical process of growing our souls together. Thankful for all the moments and what they offer. Hang on for the ride!!

Layer by layer we unfold the stories within us, to hear the truth. We grow courage to heal one step at a time, to become more of who we want to be and learn to take care of our needs. Explore what’s really going on inside us. Starting small and with self, we build a foundation that can be expanded & expressed towards others in our lives. Time for prayers When I catch myself picking up on negativity, things I can’t control, hurt or painful realizations I turn to prayer. What ever our beliefs intention, visualizing, dreaming, praying, chanting or sending energy/Light. ... It’s all the same source. Coming from your spark of consciousness, your loving intent to bring to life a solution, ease, grace, help or kindness to self or others. Let love shine and channel your energy into places that feel good, you desire and want to experience more of or see for others. I am healthy. I am strong. I am capable. I am whole. I have choice. Love always

To keep my vibrations moving in ways that feel good & healthy, I have started Mala prayers again. I sit and listen for an affirmation that I need for my highest good. Then I find my breath and take some deep cleansing ones. ... Then I pray to the source of my knowing to open up my channel and connection. Release or surrender any worries, concerns or thoughts. Then I go through each bead of my Mala turning each ones as I say my affirmation over and over all around the beads. Then I complete the practice with all that I’m grateful for. I do this every day for at least a week but my goal is 30 days. I’ve used this practice in the past and it really moves & shifts energy within me. Remember the power of your vibrations, the existence of energy that you are. Love you Care to share an affirmation you are currently using or have in the past?

Friendship.... It’s like riding a ship, one that protects you, holds you, guides you, sometimes throws you over board lol & sails through the things with you. Let your friends know how much you appreciate them. ... Wether they are your partner or friend. Let them know how to support you. A lot of time people want to help; getting to know ourselves and what helps can be a great way to let others know what we need. This strengthens relationships and avoids resentment & misunderstandings. Being a supportive friend/partner can look like: Listening and telling them I hear you, you’re doing a great job Sending an encouraging or loving text/message randomly or when you know they could use it. Asking if they would like your honesty, sometimes as friends/partners we see or feel things the other is missing or unable to see. Asking how can I help? At times it’s a break, a cry on the phone, a hug or hearing out thoughts so they can be directed in a proactive way. Saying no or letting someone know you need space. This can be tough but being real and honest makes room for you to take care of yourself & exchange respect in the relationship. Play, laugh and keep dreaming together. Life throws us many challenges; having someone to enjoy the ups and downs with brings life into the moments. We can all get too serious and stuck sometimes. Let down, play and be with your people. Ritual & prayer As a mother & highly sensitive being, presently there is a lot to process, decide & support. It can be a lot to take in & know what to do with. ... So many sensations, confusions, disagreements, discussions, worries, wondering and not knowing. This is a time where ritual & prayer has become an essential daily staple. Journaling or sharing Dancing & singing with intention Water cleanse/support Words & intentions Sounds that heal/regulate Fire candle intention or release Body/mind awareness Prayer asking for clarity, support or release. Nature walks or sitting with the elements. At times it can feel like yet another thing to do. When we set even small doable amounts of time for ritual/prayer there is a creative flow we tap into. We come here to experience many challenges, with this body vehicle to move, shift and grow our souls. The need to know, control & feel safe within a secure framework is high at the moment.
