This week for Activate Virtual we are baking and decorating cookies! Join us on Tuesday to bake some delicious sugar cookies and come back on Thursday to decorate! Can only make it to one? No problem! Let us know and we will make sure you have the supplies you need. Activate is currently a virtual group for youth ages 16-24 who would like to connect with staff and other youth while trying different health and wellness activities. If you are wanting to speak to a counselor through a phone call, video call, or in person you can now either call us at 604-746-3392 between 2-5pm on the day you want to speak to someone or send us an email to ask to speak to a counselor and the best way to get a hold of you and we will support you in getting connected. Our December Activate Calendar is here! With current COVID restrictions all of our Activate activities have temporarily moved online but we are keeping Tuesday and Thursday activities so we can pack the most holiday/winter activities into one month! Activate is open to youth ages 16-24 who would like to connect with peer support, other young people, or try new activities. Registration for groups is required in order to provide a link and drop off supplies (please note supply drop off is available for Abbotsford only, supplies can be picked up from Foundry if you reside outside of Abbotsford).
