Here's what you do, pick 1 or all 3 challenges to participate in then track: 1. kilo...metres walked in May 2. 1 point for each daily Mediterranean challenge (see calendar attached, also note day 5 and 19 will need to be adapted), and 3. 1 point for each day you spend less than 1 hour on social media. If you do not have a blood pressure machine at home, we encourage you to contact our office and our Registered Nurse will check your blood pressure for you!
