Welcome back!!! We are happy to announce that we are open, and able to treat our patients once again. We have been busy over the past few weeks readying the office to return, which has included implementing new protocols and procedures to keep our patients and staff members safe. As always, we strive to follow the highest standards of infection control and the new protocols will help to deliver this during the current COVID pandemic.... We know many of you have had appointments cancelled, please continue to be patient with us as we work diligently to make sure all of our patients are taken care of in a safe environment. If you have any questions, please call the office at 519-672-3401 and leave a message. All patients will be screened for COVID-19 over the phone prior to visiting the office, and once again when arriving at the office. This will include a temperature reading. We will only be seeing patients at this time who have screened negative for COVID-19. Our reception area will also have some changes in order to limit traffic in the office. Chairs have been removed, along with magazines and our water station. In addition, appointment durations will be increased or staggered to limit traffic. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment, and wait in your vehicle if possible until your appointment. Please note, you DO NOT have to pay for parking, bring in your license plate number and we will record it. Hand sanitizer will be provided when you enter our office. Once in the office, we will direct you through our pre-appointment routine. If you have a dental emergency, which includes anything involving pain, swelling, or fractured teeth that are causing discomfort, please call the office. As always, our emergency phone number is listed on the answering message, please don't hesitate to call if needed. As always, we are complying with guideline from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. These guidelines have been created in conjunction with the Ministry of Health and Public Health Ontario. Hello all, Late Sunday evening all dentists in Ontario received notification from our governing body, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, directing dental offices to suspend all non-essential and elective procedures. All patients with scheduled appointments through the end of March will be contacted in a timely manner to reschedule. ... During this period we are able to see patients for emergency appointments. Please call our office and speak to one of our staff if you have any questions. Should you experience pain, swelling or any other emergency dental issues please contact our office for an appointment with a dentist. The safety and health of our patients, our team and our community are of the utmost importance to us.
