Hope 2021 is off to an eggs-ellent start for you all ! Our free ranging farm hens are out of their pre holiday slump ( a.k.a, their annual moult), and are laying oodles and oodles of fresh brown eggs a day once again! These cartons can be picked up same day fresh, 365 days a year from the farmhouse porch fridge as always, restocked fresh every afternoon/evening - 8230 Bleeks Road. ( extreme cold weather below -15 C, eggs will be in a crate just inside the front door, for ...self serve pickups still, however 8 am - 8 pm only please) Our eggs will remain $4/dozen from now till March 1st, at which time they will be going up from this longstanding price to $5/dozen. I want to thank everyone for always supporting our red hens by buying their fresh brown eggs The extra $1/dozen will be going towards the heightened costs associated with giving the girls a fully insulated and temperature controlled barn for the winter, the first time ever they've had this luxury! I am extremely proud of you, and admire your work ethic, dedication to the dairy farm, kind hearted spirit, and commitment to living life to the fullest! Hey guys! Just a quick note to say we will be leaving our turkey reservation up online till end of day tomorrow at the latest!!! ( because technically we have been sold out since Thanksgiving, but have been allowed to sell off some extras on one local shop's standing wholesale order from the farm). I know its early, so just wanted to give the local farm gang a heads up! ... Birds can range from Small- 12-15 lbs, all the way up to XLARGE- 24-30 pounders, for those looking to have leftovers to make additional winter comfort meals from.
