Excellent and amazing service on replacement key fob and key!

Rich is the Mechanic that saved Christmas. I meant to send this message months ago now it is nearly spring. It is 6 pm on December 22 I came out of Natures Fai...r to put in the last of the grocers on my list. The trunk of my car was full of gifts and food. The evening was crisp and as I tried to pull the key out of the lock it snapped off. I contacted my daughter the next morning to assist me in finding someone that might be able to help me retrieve the items from the trunk so that we could still have Christmas. She found a lock smith that was willing to have a look. In the mean time I had stopped off at Canadian Tire and was given your name and number to call as a Lock Smith and mechanic. I was delighted when you instructed me to bring my car in right away. Thank you, Rick, you have gone far above and beyond in getting the trunk open and assisting with other mechanical issues that needed to be attended to. I would highly recommend your service to my friends and family. You saved Christmas for me and my family. And renewed my faith and truth that there are still genuinely kind, honest, and thoughtful people in this world.
