Beautiful singing bowls! I learned sound healing in Nepal several years ago and knew this was a treatment I wanted to offer back home. Not only did it provide profound relaxation for my mind and body, but I found that it reconnected me with my true self. And when you get to know your inner self, you will be more aligned with your life purpose. Who loves stones??? This obsidian piece is the first one you’ll pass by at Fox & Forest and it was placed with intention by the entryway to absorb detrimental energies. The spirit of Obsidian helped me immensely this past year, pulling out a lot of the negativity in and around me (there was a lot!) to create clarity. It would be a good crystal to bring into 2021 with you if you’ve absorbed a lot of the heavy, anxious energies of 2020. Hi, I’m Vicki and I am a registered acupuncturist in beautiful Vancouver, BC. Since graduating acupuncture college in 2013, I’ve been providing thousands of acupuncture, point injection, and cosmetic acupuncture treatments through my community acupuncture clinic, @theacuhub. I’ve always been passionate about creating community and I’m so grateful to be able to do this through acupuncture. Fox & Forest Wellness is my new private practice where I’ll continue to provide acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture treatments.
