Sometimes the smallest gesture creates the biggest loyalty. Take time to hand write a thank you card to a good customer/client or an employee. It won't take you long but it will sure mean a lot. Let me know how many you write!

About 7 years ago my husband forced me to buy this Lazy Boy office chair. I say forced because it was more then I have EVER spent on a chair in my life! I had to be reminded how many hours a week I spend sitting at my desk, how sore my back got with my previous chairs and how this was going to help me be more productive in work and my well being. Once I was reminded of that it was easy for me to realize that some things are worth the money. What is one thing that you are willing to spend money on because it is worth it? Send pictures too!

When was the last time that you connected with your clients. With the way the world has been and how secluded that we have all had to be it is easy to forget how long it has been since we have really connected with them. Make a simple phone call to just see how they are doing, if they could use extra help or maybe if they have any questions. Send a little note or card to say thank you for your support in me/my company, I appreciate you! It is a small gesture that goes a long way. I would love to hear other ideas you use to reach out to your clients, let me know in the comments!

Do you see a weed or a wish? How we look at and think of things matter! Think about how you can change a negative thought into a positive one!

If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail! This is why each month I take 1 day to do a planning session with myself and my team. This allows me to stay more focused, hear others ideas and passions and make sure we are staying on track with our progress. I also each day pick 3 things that I must accomplish the next day. For me, when I check these things off everything I do afterwards is like extra gravy! Sometimes they are small things, sometimes they are things that have nothing to do with work but no matter what they are I am always glad I got them done. How do you make sure you are planning? I would love to hear your tips and tricks!
