Fresh hummus using fresh dill and pepperoncini peppers. Oh and our home grown garlic Here’s the recipe! For those in the Moose Jaw area... we have both fresh dill and peppers available. Dill Hummus... 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained Juice of 1 lemon 3 garlic cloves 2 Tbsp tahini 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil (I used dill olive oil) Fresh dill Chopped pepperoni pepper Salt & pepper Put ingredients into food processor, blend until smooth. Start with 1/4 c olive oil, add more if needed to make it smooth. What are micro greens They are nutritious. They dress up a salad or entree. They are a great snack.... You can grow them on tower. You do not need to have the micro extension. You can let them grow to a bigger size, yet the leaves still remain smaller. Great for salads, sandwiches, smoothies, juicing....wholesome, and home grown is extremely versatile.
