A nice bit of butter and some butter milk to make scones. Thank you Adela.

Holy Cow! This sweet girl, Adela came to us on Sunday and by Wednesday she has given us enough milk to make two hard cheeses, a batch of cream cheese and clotted cream. I just need to make scones now.

Fire wood is in, hay is out... we are ready for you winter.

All the animals are enjoying the nice warm temperatures, we hope you have had the opportunity to enjoy the warmer weather too.
