Ladies :)) I am excited to offer some very small classes at the studio . I have recently been certified with kettlebell training as well as foam rolling . I will be putting that together with my yoga and functional fitness training and creating fun combo classes. Together we will work on strength , flexibility and balance . These classes will have a cap at 5 people. ... Please send me a Pm if interested . The cost for 10 classes is $180.00 plus tax .

Ladies, I am soo ready to get back to the studio . As soon as the province allows us to operate at 50% capacity we will open .. Thank you for your loyalty over the years .. hang in there .

The new provinces health orders will take effect this weekend . Indoor gyms are still only to operate at 25% capacity. We cannot operate with these restrictions . We will not be opening at this time . Thank you for understanding . Stacey
