Check out our current Newsletter for the most recent developments at FrameFlow including the latest release of our IT monitoring software v2021.1, which has several fixes and new features such as the ability to assign alerts to team members so you can coordinate team actions while responding to multiple ongoing alerts, all automatically tracked and logged in the background of Frameflow! FrameFlow 24.05.2021

To kick off 2021, FrameFlow has published a couple of new tutorials and we’re working hard finalizing our first major software release of the year. Check out the latest in our January Newsletter, including: A new tutorial on our Process Event Monitor, which keeps tabs on memory and CPU stats on your systems; and a new Ping Event Monitor tutorial, showing how to included a traceroute in all failure notifications. Our pending software release will contain new ticketing features... so you can easily and effectively keep track of who’s doing what, allowing team members to record actions while troubleshooting and more, especially useful in our current era of working remotely. There will also be a new Actions menu in your Headquarters allowing you to pause refreshes, and resume them when you finish an immediate task. As we close out the year, the elves at FrameFlow have been working hard to deliver some new features and tutorials, read all about it in our December Newsletter, here are the highlights: A new CPU Usage Tutorial showing you how to look at individual cores on multicore or multi-core-vCPU virtual machines and easily identify CPU hogs; a maintenance release to address identified issues from some of our earlier releases; and a sneak peak at some of the hot new features in our pending major release in January such as Ticketing and Alert Assignments to clarify the status of pending issues and who will be assigned to troubleshoot them, as well as a refresh of our mobile app that includes a new dashboard section with push notifications and more details about alerts. We have a fresh new tutorial, File Event Monitor, which takes a deep dive into how you can get the most out of one our most flexible event monitors to stay on top of log files and other types of textual content. We also have a new software release, v2020.11, which includes: an Updated Alert Suppression Option to help better manage alerts that you want to suppress, giving more visibility for alerts you want to immediately address; New Active Directory Monitoring Options allowing you to selectively ignore some contact records and accounts that have never been used; and a beta version of our new turbo option, which increases SNMP Monitoring performance, especially for users monitoring over 100 devices!

From last month’s newsletter, read about the hot new features in FrameFlow v2020.8 including: a refresh to our User Interface, with a clean new look and some usability updates; curved lines for Network Diagrams, which allow you to make better use of space and to connect devices in more flexible ways; a convenient new way to monitor your favourite SNMP Interfaces so you can easily filter for your most critical potential errors; and Two Factor Authentication (2FA) with full support for standard Time-based One-time Password (TOTP) apps. Our current release, v2020.9, includes all this functionality, plus bug fixes discovered after the initial release.

FrameFlow 07.10.2020

We’ve updated our mobile apps for Android and iOS with an option to mark yourself On Duty or Off Duty, and the ability to suppress or resume alerts. Some of you may have noticed Session ID Errors if you’re running FrameFlow v2020.3 or earlier; this is caused by a recent Windows update and can be fixed by installing the latest version of FrameFlow. Our latest release also includes new options for managing icons and faster SNMP monitoring updates.
