Helped with this in Okotoks last year. (Not my own project). Garage was removed and sat in back yard. Concrete pad was torn up and remade to prevent water seepage under walls. Then we craned garage back into place and reattached. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEzvsiJ9-Vk
Some commercial door locks have TWO options for locking. If you have an office/place of business with commercial doors, take a look at this. If you're not familiar with these options, then try them out on your own doors and see if it works.
My latest project. This building was already built. I built the inside, that second floor with the walls in front of it. 52ft long, 31ft wide. Also built a few smaller rooms inside in both levels and 2 rooms out side it with a roof designed to hold storage. Other pics are of a tall wall 100ft away from mezzanine. 18ft high x 52 wide. Last pic is from a ladder, showing it on the floor before standing.
Standing a 26ft wall with a wall-jack. (It climbs up a 2x4.) (Or 4x2).
