A useful guide to New Year's Resolutions!

Girl, I know you need to hear this You cannot do it all and you don't have to ... Why do we, women, think we need to do it all? And we think we need to continue smiling & staying strong while we're falling apart on the inside I am not about that life anymore! I totally get it, girl. I've been there.
