Lots of unexpected issues! Including the floor rotting into the hallway! All fixed and a few more days until completion !

All ripped out except the floor and ready to be renovated! More pics to come soon !!

Done in time for Holliday’s ! And made new friends in the process! We are currently working on the upstairs bathroom !

I finished the baseboards in the movie room and set up the 110 inch screen !

Built this pond for my mom when my dad passed away in 2002 .. Still looking good after a bit of cleanup and restorations .
