My name is Liz and I am the admin for Frank's page. Today I was the one in need of help! I woke up with my back in spasms in the middle of the night and was in agony! I knew I had something pinched in my back from sleeping funny a few weeks ago but stupidly ignored it! This morning I knew I couldn't ignore it any longer as all of my back was now involved With my daughter at home with me, it was so wonderful to have a service like this that could come to me!!
