As of recent COVID-19 situation, we think it is important that you hear directly from us. We are sharing the unfortunate news that one of our employees was tested positive. We want to be transparent regarding this unfortunate news as Frantz Inn remains committed to our employees and guests in providing a safe environment. The team member had not been inside our building since Thursday Oct 1st and is currently self-isolating. We have immediately closed our building when we he...ard the news. We had deep cleaned and sanitized all area. Health link contacted all close contact personal and they are currently under 14 days self quarantine. All contact tracing measures were done. Frantz Inn remains committed to its guest in providing a safe environment as we continue to be open for business. We look forward to providing our guests with the service and experience they expect and enjoy. It is our highest priority to support the health and well-being of our team members and community throughout this challenging time. We want to assure you that our staff is more vigilant than ever where guest safety is concerned, and we are diligently following the recommendations of local health authorities. We have taken several precautionary steps beyond our practices including providing information and reinforcing best practices around proper hygiene and illness prevention with all staff. Hand sanitizer is readily available at restaurant, lounge and VLT entrance, and we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in all areas. We have ensured all cleaning chemicals align with local health authority recommendations. All our team member requires to wear mask inside our premises and taken daily temperature since Aug 2020. This situation continues to change daily and as such, we will continue to follow the guidance provided by local health authority. In addition, we promise to do all that we can to keep our employees, guests and the community safe while delivering you the best dining experience we can.
