People with dyslexia often gravitate towards leadership roles because they are able to solve problems creatively and are constantly looking at the bigger picture. That's why we encourage students to embrace their #DyslexicThinking. #DyslexiaIsASuperpower #ThinkDyslexic
Safety always comes first during Woodworking class at Fraser Academy - but fun is a close second!
We teach to the individual, not the average. This ensures that all our learners can reach their full potential both in and out of the classroom. #DyslexiaIsASuperpower #ThinkDyslexic
All smiles as we head towards the weekend, rain or shine. We hope you get to do something you love!
Today we've been celebrating Earth Day by limiting our use of technology and electricity, biking to school, remembering to compost and recycle, and most importantly - getting outside to learn! Check out some of the ways FA students have managed to explore the outdoors this year! #HappyEarthDay

Nothing beats the classic pen to paper!
Thank you Senior Student Council for your superb job in running all Remembrance Day Ceremonies by cohort, and to everyone who contributed to the art display in honour of Canadian veterans. #LestWeForget
Still hoping for a shoutout for all the kids with dyslexia as we approach the end of #dyslexiaawarenessmonth...and for all the amazing educators in Kits at Fraser Academy who are helping children and youth to reach their potential! @ Ryan Reynolds
Inspired by #MarkItRead, Gr 9 Fraser Academy student, Mia A., shares her story through art, portraying why it is so important for people to be aware of dyslexia, "because dyslexia is more than not being able to spell or to read." #DyslexiaAwarenessMonth #MarkitReadContest
