Daibhid lives at Fraser Point and manage Fraser Farms. Daibhid is from Fraser Point, and the land has been in the family since 1818. And just like his people who came from Scotland, he's very hard working. He's the director general of our municipality, milks cows for a local farm and also takes care of what needs to be done around the Point. As for Fraser Farms, whether it be raising and feeding the calves, feeding and watering our chickens or hunting in the fall; he's loves taking care of the animal side of things. We have two wonderful dogs, Hamish and Malcolm. Both enjoy keeping the animals company!

We have twelve laying hens, which means a dozen eggs a day! Did you know that when you buy eggs at the supermarket, they've been washed and bleached? Washing eggs takes away their natural preservative layer and therefore they don't last as long. We wipe our eggs clean instead of rinsing them, which means that they can last up to four months in the fridge! Neat eh?
