If you are listing your home and you have pets you will want to keep these tips and tricks in mind: 1) Deep clean to eliminate any lingering odours. You might not smell it anymore but your buyer will.... 2) Stay on top of cleaning by sweeping/vacuuming/dusting any pet hair drool and debris 3) Clear the yard of any... animal droppings. You want a potential buyer to feel comfortable walking throughout the whole property. 4) To the best of your ability, remove pets for any showings. Some people may have allergies or fears towards certain animals. 5) Seek someone else’s opinion, your realtor should be able to walk through with a different lenses than you and point out anything that needs to be fixed or cleaned. With that being said... Diesel stole the show for our showings this past weekend. We received many comments about how lovely he was while prospective buyers were viewing the home.
