It is with a heavy heart that we will be closing our waffle shop until further notice. This choice was very difficult to make as a small, family-run business. Wishing you are all well during this unexpected time. Like you all, we are putting extra care to help minimize the spread of Cove-19. We have decided to adjust our hours of operation for the meanwhile from 9 am to 3 pm from Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday. You could place an order via Skip the Dishes as usual. Or you could call the shop at (506)206-7123 for order placement to pick it up, and prepay with a credit card over the phone to minimize any unnecessar...y contact. Regarding our new menu, the Gimbap - Korean rice rolls, we needed to postpone its launching due to the shortage of main ingredient in our supplier.
