Dear Parents, Students and Teachers We have been monitoring the situation regarding the recent Covid-19 (Novel Coronavirus) pandemic in Ontario and around the world. Yesterday, the Ontario government (per the recommendation of Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer) declared that all schools will be closed for two weeks after March break. This measure is to reduce the impact of the pandemic, and to keep students and all faculty safe and reduce the transmission rate of the virus. After consulting with the authorities, a decision has been made that we will be following the governments lead and school will be closed for two weeks past march break. School will reopen on April 6th, 2020.

It was a fun day for these lil one’s! They enjoyed a lot and it is evident from their smiles!

FBI students organize Candidates debate and celebrate Terry Fox and Bhagat Singh Birthday

Frederick Banting International School proudly celebrates the life and accomplishments of Terry Fox and Bhagat Singh, as both have risen to the status of symbols of hope and courage. The ambitious students of our school organized simulated election campaign speeches, where each student impersonated a different political candidate for Brampton East in the upcoming federal election. The speeches were followed by panelists' questions for political leaders and the event was concluded by a 1 hour walk in honour of Terry Fox and Bhagat Singh

Frederick Banting International School engages its entire high school population in the informative and resourceful Ontario Universities Fair. Students from grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 attended the event, sought information, and obtained resources to help them make the most suitable decision for their future post secondary institution. Our students found this experience to have been very beneficial and rewarding, as they returned to their classes with a reawakened determination to excel, design their future, and ultimately make their mark on the world!
