You never know when that breakthrough is coming, so keep pressing forward!
Have tight hips from siting all day? Try the couch stretch on a wall! Put something soft under your knee then try to bring the shin of your back leg to the wall. Bring your other foot in front like a lunge and then bring your torso up towards the wall. It’s pretty intense at first but stick with it and you’ll notice improvements quite rapidly. Aim for at least a 30s hold, ideally 2 min. Challenge yourself to do this everyday for a week and take note of the improvements!
Great quote to start the new week with. Consider doing one small thing today that brings you a step closer to where you want to be.
Here’s Francois performing a really challenging hamstring exercise - Nordic hamstring curls. To try these out at home, put something soft under your knees, grab a partner to hold your feet, and give these a shot! If you can’t get back up at first, focus on lowering yourself to the ground slowly and do a push up to get back up. Try it out and prepare for the fire!
Thankful to have gotten away to Banff a couple weeks ago before these restrictions have come back. Fingers crossed they do the trick and we can all enjoy the spring/summer. Now to find a bike shop with stock
Awesome quote from Serena Williams. Fitness takes hard work and dedication, but it’s definitely worth it. Have a great long weekend everyone!

Some of these are: - Improved posture... - Increased metabolism - Fat loss - Improved coordination - Increased strength - Enhanced feelings of well being - Improved bone density Getting active is especially important if you sit for most of the day. How’s your low back been lately? Do you feel like your body is tight all the time? Shovelling snow take more out of you than you’d like?
