Fall Program 2 FLTC is offering a 5 week indoor program with sessions on Monday's and Wednesday's from 5:30-6:30 at the Journey Church ( gym ) on Duncan lane. Sessions begin Monday, Nov 16th and go until Dec 18th. This program is mainly for Intermediate age athlete (9 to 13 yo) and young athletes. See link below to Register. We are starting up some indoor track practices next week, for our younger athletes! Please let us know if you are interested! They will be Monday and Wednesdays at 5:30. We need a minimum number of athletes to be able to have these go forward so please contact us to confirm interest!! Thanks everyone!

Hi Everyone! We are asking for help/recommendations from our members/alumni/friends in our search for a venue in which to train this winter; be it a church gym; hall, whatever! We will not have access to schools or the Base, and are hoping someone has another idea. We are actively pursuing a few other options, but no confirmation yet. Please share this post!!

We have said it for years, let the city know we in agreement with having a field house that includes indoor track and field facilities
