Qi Gong classes at the Fredericton YMCA will resume on Wednesday September 4th and Friday September 6th at 10:15 a.m. The Wednesday class will focus on basics ...and the Friday class, in addition to the basics, will offer a different theme each month. The themes for the Fall are: September - Enhance Eyesight: Exercises and self-acupressure techniques to relax and strengthen the eyes. October- Improve Weak Digestion: Exercises and self-acupressure techniques to help improve digestion and elimination. November - Regulate Blood Pressure: Exercises to help regulate high and low blood pressure. December: - Sooth Anxiety Exercises and meditation techniques to reduce the effects of stress and anxiety. Bonus Treatment for New Acupuncture Patients In addition to their regular acupuncture treatment, new patients at the Fredericton Wellness Clinic can enjoy a one-time bonus treatment such as an acupressure massage, cupping, auricular laser therapy, energy balancing or private Qi Gong training session.
