Yoga teaches us things don’t last, we are forever changing and growing. Some days are harder than others. Teaches us to be in our body’s, connect to our Breath. Reminds us we are on track. Or off track. Doing the right things. That we are human. That’s it’s okay to cry, to fall, to fail, to mess up. But every time we come to our mats we have an opportunity to try again, start a new. We also have that off our mats. To improve, try again, be a better. Or just accept where we ...are all. No judgment. What to try something new... Give yourself a gift... Be accountable... Be in Community... I am offering a 6 week program to come to your mats and show up. That’s all. Show up. No fancy handstands or getting into pretzel shapes. It’s just about showing up.
