This first week, I'd like to open a conversation around caregiving. Statics show that all of us will be a caregiver at some point in our lives. Either a child, spouce or older adult / parent. Even after 10 years of supporting families through this step, I didn't truely understand the challenges until I recently became a caregiver to my father. Share your experiances, how you managed, maybe how you didn't? I will offer the platform to share and offer what I know as solutions. Let's talk.!
